BOARD OF DIRECTORS
JASON M. COCCO- Board President Jason is the President of the Association Board of Directors, has been a resident since 2004, and has been on the board since 2007. Jason works as a Assistant Vice President / Branch Manager for a local Bank. He maintains his NJ State securities licenses through FINRA. He is licensed for Life, Accident, & Health Insurance through the NJ & PA Dept of Banking and Insurance . Jason is a Cum Laude graduate of Drexel University with a BS in Business Administration (Marketing Communications & Psychology). Jason has been in the financial services industry since 2002 and has a
background in accounting.
RICHARD SHERRETTA - Vice President
Rich Sherretta is a long time resident of our community and has served on the Terrestria Board of Directors for 10+ years. He is also serves on the Board of his VFW Hall. Rich is retired but also works part-time as a DJ. Rich brings much experience to the board.
ANTHONY C. MERENDINO, CPA- Treasurer
Anthony is the Treasurer of the Association, has been a resident since 2005, and has been on the board since 2008. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has been in the financial field for 15 years. Anthony is a graduate of Drexel University with a BS in Business Administration. Anthony is currently the Controller of the Rastelli Foods Group headquartered in Swedesboro, NJ. Rastelli Foods Group is a privately held company that is an innovative food supplier servicing 88 countries and has approximately half a billion a year in sales globally. Prior to that, he served as Controller of Coleman Natural Foods (Formerly Snowball Foods) in Williamstown, NJ for 8 years. Before joining Snowball he was in public accounting for 4 years with a national CPA firm headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. Anthony also previously served 3 years as Treasurer of Holiday Condo’s in Margate, NJ.
PEGGY LUDWIGSEN – Secretary
Peggy is a board member, has been a long time resident. Peggy is currently going to Camden County Technical School. During 2007 & 2008 Peggy was the Office Manager for Terrestria. Prior to working for Terrestria, she worked for American Airlines for 31 years, and most recently had held the position of Customer Service Manager at Philadelphia International Airport.
ROCKY ROCKSTRAW, PhD, RN - Board Member
Rocky is a member of the Board and has been a resident since 2006. He is the director of the Center for Clinical and Electronic Learning Resources and the Center for Clinical Simulation & Practice at Drexel University’s College of Nursing & Health Professions located in Philadelphia PA. Rocky holds the rank of Associate Clinical Professor and is a Registered Nurse. He is a graduate of University of Nebraska, Central Michigan University, University of Southern Alabama, and completed his PhD in Educational leadership Development and Learning Technologies at Drexel University. Rocky serves on many professional organizations as well as the Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board.
